How to Use

Thigh & Pelvic Floor Toning

  • Seated Squeeze: Sit on the edge of a chair and place the trainer between your knees. Squeeze inward slowly and release.
  • Pelvic Bridge: Lie on your back with knees bent. Place the trainer between your upper thighs. Lift your hips while squeezing the pads together to engage the pelvic floor and glutes.

Arm & Chest Sculpting

  • Chest Fly: Hold the trainer at chest height with one pad in each palm. Squeeze your hands together to target the pectorals and center chest.
  • Tricep Press: Hold the trainer behind your back or overhead. Squeeze the pads inward to tone the back of the arms and shoulders.
  • Bicep Curl: Brace one pad against your chest and use your forearm to squeeze the other pad toward you.

Safety & Maintenance

  • Don't Overextend: The spring is strong. Always keep a firm grip or leg-hold so it doesn't "snap" open.
  • Cleaning: Use a damp cloth with mild soap on the pads after use to keep them hygienic.
