At KhloMar, we are committed to resolving customer concerns in a fair, transparent, and efficient manner. This Chargeback & Dispute Policy explains how disputes are handled and outlines customer responsibilities when an issue arises.

If you experience any issue with your order, you are encouraged to contact KhloMar before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Most concerns—such as tracking questions, shipping delays, or product inquiries—can be resolved promptly by our support team.

Unauthorized or Fraudulent Charges

If you believe a charge on your payment method was unauthorized or fraudulent, please contact your payment provider immediately and notify us as soon as possible so we may assist where appropriate.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

A chargeback occurs when a customer disputes a transaction directly with their bank or payment provider rather than contacting the merchant.

By placing an order with KhloMar, you agree that:

  • Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution
  • Chargebacks submitted after an order has been processed or shipped may be formally disputed by KhloMar
  • Chargebacks used in place of following our Refund or Shipping Policies may be challenged

Supporting Documentation

In the event of a chargeback or dispute, KhloMar may submit relevant documentation to the payment processor or financial institution, including but not limited to:

  • Order confirmation details
  • Shipping confirmation and tracking information
  • Delivery confirmation from the carrier
  • Customer communication history
  • Proof of policy acceptance at checkout

Abuse of Chargebacks

Excessive, fraudulent, or abusive chargeback activity may result in actions including, but not limited to:

  • Denial of future service
  • Cancellation of pending or future orders

These measures help protect our business and ensure fair service for all customers.


Shipping & Delivery Disputes

Orders marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier are considered fulfilled.

KhloMar is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but reported as missing or stolen
  • Carrier delays, misdeliveries, or delivery errors beyond our control

Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly for delivery-related investigations.
