Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with KhloMar. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, fulfilled, and delivered.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping promotions, if any, are applied automatically at checkout.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

Orders may take longer to process during high-volume periods, promotions, holidays, or due to supplier availability.

2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES (U.S. ONLY)

KhloMar currently ships within the United States only.

We partner with third-party suppliers and fulfillment providers to ship products directly to customers.

The average delivery time is approximately 8.5 business days. This estimate reflects a combination of different fulfillment routes and is provided for reference only.

Estimated delivery times by fulfillment route are as follows:
  • U.S.-to-U.S. shipments (fulfilled from U.S. warehouses): typically 3–5 business days
  • International-origin shipments delivered within the U.S. (fulfilled from overseas warehouses): typically 10–15 business days, depending on customs processing, demand, and carrier performance
Delivery times are estimates only based on historical performance and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control - including, but not limited to, product availability, carrier delays, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.

3. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

KhloMar ships only to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

4. CUSTOMS & IMPORT PROCESSING (U.S. ORDERS)

Some orders may be fulfilled from international warehouses and imported into the United States. Any required customs processing is handled as part of the shipping process. Customers will not be charged additional customs fees for U.S. deliveries.

5. SHIPPING CARRIERS

Orders may be shipped via various carriers, including but not limited to:
  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL
  • Local or international postal services
Carrier selection depends on the supplier and destination.

6. TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent via email when available.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Please be aware exceptions for limited tracking on international-origin shipments (China-to-U.S.) 

7. Delayed Tracking / Exceptions

Some orders may be fulfilled from international warehouses and shipped to the U.S. Tracking information for these shipments may update slowly or show limited information while the package is in transit.

Please allow up to 7 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system after your order has shipped.

If tracking has not updated within this timeframe, please contact us at khlomar.store@outlook.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

These tracking delays are normal for international-origin shipments and do not qualify for refunds or expedited replacement.


8. SPLIT SHIPMENTS

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately from different suppliers and arrive at different times. This does not qualify for expedited shipping or refunds.

There is no additional shipping charge for split shipments.


9. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. KhloMar is not responsible for:
  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses
  • Delays or losses caused by address errors
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may not be eligible for reshipment or refund.

10. DELAYS & UNCONTROLLABLE EVENTS

KhloMar is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Customs inspections
  • Weather conditions
  • Supplier delays
  • Global events or supply chain interruptions
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with the supplier or carrier to investigate in accordance with our Refund Policy.

11. RISK OF LOSS & DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipping carrier marks the package as “Delivered” according to tracking records.

Delivery confirmation is determined solely by the carrier’s tracking system.


12. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If a package arrives damaged:

  • Claims must be reported within 3 calendar days of Confirmed Delivery.
  • Clear photos of packaging and product are required.

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may be denied.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package was not received:

  • Documentation from the carrier confirming non-delivery may be required.
  • Claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days of Confirmed Delivery.

Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed and will be reviewed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

KhloMar is not responsible for stolen packages once delivery is confirmed by the carrier.


13. REFUSED OR RETURNED SHIPMENTS

Orders refused or returned to sender due to:
  • Incorrect address
  • Failure to pick up the package
  • Customs refusal
may not be eligible for a refund.

14. SHIPPING POLICY CHANGES

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.

Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
